Reading Time

The boys love to have books read to them. We are still working on being able to sit for the whole book.

The Beloved Hammock

We spent so much time in this hammock the last two summers. It is by far the favorite attraction in our back yard. Sadly we had to retire it a few weeks ago it was literaly falling apart.

Hats

Simon and Owen are really big into hats right now. We only have one kid sized hat because nobody would wear them up until now so they walk around the house with these oversized hats on and they look so darn cute. And Wilson is just happy to be in a picture.

Happy Birthday Carter!

Carter turned 5 in September, or Upsember as he would call it. We had a great evening hanging out as a family and celebrating him. He is such a great big brother.

TV Time

Ashleigh, Jet and the boys watching tv. That's what they do best.

Rat Lake

We hiked into this lake and there were a ton of big fat toads. The boys decided it should be called Toad Lake since we didn't even see one rat.

No More Training Wheels

Carter was very proud of himself for learning to ride his bike without his training wheels. So far no huge crashes

The Natural Bridge

Just another outing with the Schmidts. We did have a great time at the Natural Bridge. Owen insisted it was snow water. Wilson puked big time on the way home. We had to stop in Big Timber to let the boys play at a park while I cleaned up the mess. I love road trips.

First Day of Preschool

Some ladies at church and I started a group for preschool, every six weeks each mother is in charge of having it at their house. Carter loves it! Every time I drop him off I have to listen to Owen cry and complain that it is not fair that Carter gets to go to preschool and he doesn't. The other day it was freezing outside and I didn't want to pack the boys up so I asked Carter if he wanted to skip. He said "well I do have a lot of fun with my brother." He did end up going to school in the end.
